Confidentiality

Our NDA protects you, not us

Before you send us any documentation, we sign our non-disclosure agreement with you. We wrote it from the client's side of the table: short, one-way, and without clauses that tie you to us.

Key terms
DirectionOne-way, in your favour. It protects what you share with us. You do not take on confidentiality obligations towards us.
What is coveredEverything you send or show us: files, code, drawings, requirements, prototypes, business information, and the existence of the project if you wish.
UseWe use your information only to prepare your quote and carry out the work you order. Nothing else.
Intellectual propertySigning gives us no rights and no licence over your information. What we develop for you becomes yours when the phase is paid.
AccessOnly the engineers working on your project, each bound by written confidentiality.
SuppliersManufacturers and test labs receive only what they need for their job, under equivalent obligations. We tell you who they are.
Software and AI toolsYour information is processed only in tools bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms, and is never used to train AI models.
Return and deletionOn request, we return or delete your information within ten business days and confirm it in writing.
DurationFive years after the last disclosure, and for as long as any trade secret remains secret.
No stringsNo exclusivity, no non-compete, no obligation to hire us. You can take your project to any other engineer at any time.
SignatureOnline electronic signature, valid under the EU eIDAS Regulation. It takes two minutes.

If your company must use its own NDA, send it with your quote request and we will review it. This page summarises the agreement; the signed document is what applies.

Send us what you have. We tell you what it takes to finish it.

Answer five questions and see an indicative budget in two minutes. When you are ready, sign our NDA, upload your documentation and get a fixed quote. Everything by e-mail, with a call whenever you prefer.
